FlexFix is sold exclusively here on this website and we offer inexpensive, fast shipping rates plus free shipping over $100.

When you place your order, it will take 0 to 2 business days for our team to confirm your order. We will verify your address and double check your order to make sure everything is perfect. If there's any error with your address information, we'll contact you to verify that we're sending everything to the right place. Please note that our system is looking for valid addresses, not verifying that it is the right address for you, so if you accidentally entered the wrong address but that address does exist, your order might be shipped out to the address you entered.

Once we confirm your order, we will ship everything out immediately. Please note, we only ship Monday to Friday. Our team is off on the weekends because we are humans who like to have a good time.

You'll be able to track your order the whole way. We will send you an email confirmation with all the details. You probably already know this, but sometimes postal services can take a day or two to scan your shipment in, so if your tracking link looks 'pending,' just give it 48 hours. If it's been 'pending' for more than a couple days, contact customer service and we will look into it.

If anything goes wrong with your shipment, we will cover any loss packages or faulty products.
